Psalm 116
Gracious is my God—righteous and merciful.
See, my God preserves the simple—the sinful.
When I am brought low, face to the ground, my God lifts me up.
I love the Lord because he hears my fragility—my silent pleas for mercy.
I see his attentive stance- the way he inclines his ear to me. See- he knows my voice.
I have an audience with the God that is above all earthly authorities.
He shows me how to walk tall, start small and release myself from the perpetual bondage call.
Return soul- return to your rest. For our God has not only delivered you from death but he makes a way for you – an over-flowing, overwhelming tide of abundance. The great Provider.
Removing my soul from the immovable path of certain death, delivering my eyes from their tears and my feet from their stumbling….. I now walk in the land of the living. The land of the alive and well, of the show and tell, and the liberty bell. I walk with my Lord.
